The wineries, cideries, and farms of the North Fork Valley invite you to Paonia and Hotchkiss for North Fork Uncorked—a weekend celebrating the start of the summer season with wine tastings, barrel samples, local food, live music, and community events throughout the Valley. Featuring small-batch wines and ciders crafted in the mountains of Western Colorado, Uncorked is a chance to experience the region’s unique agricultural roots, vibrant local businesses, and relaxed small-town charm. Whether you’re coming over Kebler Pass, McClure Pass, or from nearby Grand Junction and Montrose, it’s the perfect excuse for a summer weekend getaway in Colorado wine country.

Fallen Mountain
A one-of-a-kind Colorado wine experience, the Fallen Mountain Winery Tasting offers a rare opportunity to sit among the barrels and explore their wines alongside the people who craft them. Hosted by their winemaking team, this seated tasting includes a selection of their current releases paired with artisanal cheese and charcuterie, along with something special from the cellar, perhaps a library wine or a barrel sample.
